Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler to support delivery across a secure, high-profile client environment in Farnborough. You will develop, maintain and assure integrated program schedules across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

Reporting to the OSM Manager / IT Service Delivery Director, you will oversee service desk operations and drive governance, CSI and continual improvement initiatives within a DV-cleared environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing, maintaining and assuring integrated project schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to align dependencies and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting costs and cost optimisation in service delivery.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and how they apply to service desk disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end scheduling for major delivery programs and services.
• Monitor performance against schedules and reporting SLAs/KPIs.
• Coordinate with vendors, teams and stakeholders to resolve schedule conflicts.
• Produce regular reports on progress, risks and milestones.
• Support change and incident management within the program view.
• Ensure disaster recovery plans and business continuity are considered in scheduling.
