Job summary

You will collaborate with delivery teams, PMO and senior stakeholders, manage baselines, change control and risk, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes, reporting, and tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience in programme or portfolio planning within complex, multi-project environments.
• Strong capability with planning and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, PowerBI).
• Knowledge of programme and project methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated programme and project schedules using DXC standard planning tools.
• Align milestones and deliverables with contractual commitments across the programme.
• Monitor progress and produce insightful reporting, dashboards, and schedule analysis.
• Manage baselines, stage gates, and change control in line with governance standards.
• Facilitate planning workshops and collaborate closely with delivery teams, PMO, and senior stakeholders.
• Identify and manage schedule risks, issues, and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Continuously improve planning processes, tooling, and reporting capability.
