Job summary

Gsttcharity in London is seeking a Programme Manager (Strategy and Innovation) to own planning, governance and delivery of major fundraising appeals. You will oversee cross-team collaboration, ensure milestones, ownership and risk management, and act as a key interface between the Charity and the Trust.

The role demands strong governance design, horizon scanning and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while maintaining delivery momentum across complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex programmes or projects with multiple stakeholders and interdependencies.
• Ability to design governance, reporting and decision-making processes that improve delivery.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and secure alignment across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance and delivery of major fundraising appeals with clear milestones and ownership.
• Design tools and governance structures to support decision making across appeal delivery.
• Coordinate with Charity and Trust teams to translate objectives into actionable plans.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies to maintain momentum.
