Job summary

Cancer Research UK is seeking a Senior Programme Manager (Individual Giving) in Stratford to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that grow audiences and supporter engagement. You’ll drive audience-led propositions and supporter journeys, ensuring high-quality delivery from planning through to implementation in a collaborative environment.

Reporting to the Head of Proposition within Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement, you’ll manage multiple stakeholders, foster inclusivity and deliver

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering complex programmes using agile or waterfall methods.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Excellent facilitation and influencing skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication, including senior stakeholders.
Strong planning, budget management and financial monitoring, with Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery of audience propositions and end-to-end supporter journeys within budget.
Coordinate agile cross-functional teams to hit audience, volume, value, and contribution targets.
Foster end-to-end delivery culture across stakeholder groups.
Build relationships across Marketing, Fundraising & Engagement, Technology to align priorities.
Establish governance, risk management and decision-making frameworks.
Facilitate cross-functional working groups, manage dependencies, risks, issues and changes.
