Job summary

The Charity for Civil Servants is seeking a Governance and Planning Manager to oversee governance, business planning and project delivery. You will support trustees and coordinate cross-team work to ensure a cohesive, accountable organisation.

Reporting to the Head of People and Governance, you’ll bring project management expertise, absorb information quickly, and drive a collaborative, efficient culture with strong minute-taking and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project management or qualified in a project management discipline.
• Excellent minute-taking, report writing and business planning skills.
• Organised with strong attention to detail and ability to drive governance and planning across teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance, business planning and project management across the Charity.
• Support trustees and ensure effective governance support and arrangements.
• Collaborate with teams to foster a 'one Charity' approach and cross-functional work.
