Job summary

QinetiQ Shoeburyness is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the Rheinmetall and LRPS portfolio, ensuring baselines for customer satisfaction, schedule, cost, quality, cash, and sales performance.

You will be the primary customer-facing Programme Manager, developing and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with Rheinmetall, LRPS, partners and suppliers, while understanding customer priorities to identify growth opportunities and position QinetiQ for future needs.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of leading programmes, projects or portfolios.
• Experience delivering programmes or complex projects to multiple customers.
• Experience working with defence customers or equivalent partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular presence on customer sites and champion QinetiQ capabilities.
• Support pipeline development and opportunity capture with BD and Account Management.
• Provide strategic oversight of programmes to ensure delivery excellence and identify efficiencies.
