Job summary

QinetiQ Limited is seeking a Programme Manager to lead the delivery of the DGM, Bofors and CV1 portfolios from Farnborough or Fort Halstead in the UK. You will be the primary customer-facing delivery lead, building trusted relationships with MoD stakeholders and identifying opportunities for growth and long-term partnerships.

The role is 37 hours per week with a hybrid pattern of 3 days on-site, based at Farnborough or Fort Halstead. Applicants must be eligible for SC clearance.

Qualifications

• IPMA Level A certification is required.
• 4–6 years leading business, project portfolios or P3 functions.
• Experience delivering programmes to multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Maximise value of the DGM Framework by identifying and securing new tasking opportunities and contract extensions.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management for pipeline development and bids.
• Lead the development and implementation of a segmented sourcing strategy with DGM.
