Job summary

Kier Group seeks a Programme Manager for the Heathrow Contract team, based in the Heathrow area. You will lead the Heathrow Quieter Noise Scheme and Vortex Contract, delivering operational and commercial excellence while shaping strategic client relationships.

You will report on finance, performance, and compliance to the leadership team, build high-performing teams, and identify opportunities for organic growth across Kier Places.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading strategic key clients and delivering operational and financial excellence.
• Experience building strategic customer partnerships.
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Emotional intelligence with ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and identifying further business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Heathrow Quieter Noise Scheme and Vortex Contract, with clear performance measures.
• Manage strategic relationship with Heathrow to optimise delivery and growth.
• Provide regular reports and forecasts on finance, operations, capability and compliance to leadership and customers.
• Build and develop high performing teams and provide development opportunities for all employees.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with clients, funding organisations and stakeholders.
