Job summary

Thompson Aero Seating is seeking a Programme Manager to lead high-profile programmes with major airlines. You will drive delivery of quality products on time and within budget, coordinating IPTs and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Expect to manage customer and OEM relationships, oversee budget and risk, and travel internationally to key meetings. A PM qualification and aerospace experience are preferred, with a strong focus on communication and decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a project/programme management role.
• Experience in budgeting and Profit & Loss management.
• Experience working in manufacturing and/or aerospace environment.
• Educated to degree level in Engineering, Science, Business or related subject.
• PM qualification such as PRINCE2, APM.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPT from award through delivery, ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Develop and manage stakeholder relationships to secure future business.
• Facilitate decision making and scheduling to support programme milestones.
• Coordinate NRC/RC budgets and payments upon milestone completion.
• Travel internationally to support Customer and OEM meetings.
