Job summary

Bradford Council is seeking an experienced programme manager to lead the Changing Futures initiative, delivering systems change for adults facing multiple disadvantages. You will work with public sector partners, the VCSE sector and local authorities to align strategies and drive outcomes.

The role requires strong staff management, strategic thinking and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic public health programme.

Qualifications

• Experience leading public health programmes or multi-agency initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop strategy and turn it into actionable plans.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership working skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Changing Futures programme and coordinate delivery with partners across Bradford.
• Develop and align multi-agency strategies to reduce multiple disadvantage.
• Provide strategic oversight and ensure governance and reporting standards are met.
