Job summary

Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, part of Spirax Group, is seeking a driven Programme Manager to join the BioPure facility in Havant on a hybrid basis. You will lead the portfolio of engineering development projects from initiation to launch, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality align with WMFTS standards.

Reporting to the Head of the Project Management Office, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and KPIs, and maintain thorough documentation while collaborating

Qualifications

Proven expertise in programme management.
Experience with NPI and/or engineering/manufacturing CI projects.
Experience in global matrix organisations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage initiation and delivery of multiple concurrent projects with budgets and schedules.
Plan and set team goals, roles, and timelines for project tasks.
Promote collaboration and manage risks and issues across teams.
Ensure governance, reporting, documentation, and deliverables meet standards.
Coordinate with Engineering, NPI, Sourcing and other stakeholders to align priorities.
