Job summary

Spirax Group, via Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions, seeks a driven Programme Manager for the BioPure facility in Havant. You will own the portfolio of engineering development projects from ideation to commercialisation, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality align with standard processes.

The role reports to the Head of the Project Management Office and is site-based at Havant. You will partner with Engineering, NPI, and Strategic Sourcing to balance priorities and deliver exceptional

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in programme management.
• Strong organisational skills with multi-project oversight.
• Experience in global matrix organisations is advantageous.
• Proactive problem-solving and risk navigation skills.
• Professional accreditation (e.g. APM) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage initiation and delivery of multiple concurrent projects with budgets and schedules.
• Plan teams, goals, roles, and timelines aligned with business needs.
• Offer pragmatic solutions to project challenges and promote excellence.
• Ensure governance, reporting, documentation, and deliverables meet standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration and accountability.
• Monitor progress with KPIs and visual tools, escalate risks as needed.
• Identify and mitigate risks to maintain time, cost, and quality targets.
• Collaborate with Engineering, NPI, Strategic Sourcing, and stakeholders on priorities.
• Support delivery across the BioPure portfolio and portfolio execution.
• Maintain accurate plans, budgets, risk registers, and status reports.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues clearly to teams and stakeholders.
