Job summary

Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics is seeking a Capability Integration Governance Lead to drive programme governance, reporting and assurance across complex infrastructure projects at Helensburgh. You will develop governance frameworks, manage interdependencies and provide accurate data to support decision-making for delivery at pace.

Qualifications

3–5 years in a governance role.
Experience in governance, risk, scheduling and process.
On-site availability 2–4 days/week.
Sole UK National Citizen
SC clearance held/gained in advance.
10 years’ experience with at least 5 in a management role.
Ability to analyse data to form a big-picture view.
Ability to brief seniors with concise key points.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Experience in project control activities for infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain project governance, RACI matrices, processes and SOPs.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement, change control and decision management.
Oversee RAIDO reporting and integration into governance.
Monitor schedules and governance reporting for informed decisions.
Support project controls, document management and lessons learned.
