You will lead the Business Management team, coordinate with customers, programme development teams, and internal stakeholders from the outset through to launch and ongoing change. Qualifications

• Experience in programme financial management within manufacturing or automotive environments.
• Ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and commercial awareness with budgets, forecasts, pricing and investments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial management of customer programmes, including budgets, forecasts, pricing, investment and reporting.
• Coordinate pricing activities and support commercial negotiations; contribute to RFQ responses.
• Provide leadership to the Business Management team and drive collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners while ensuring programme financial targets are met.
