PRIMIS Mortgage Network is recruiting a Programme Director for a 6-month fixed term contract in Solihull. The role provides senior design leadership across a multi-workstream transformation, shaping and governing end-to-end solution architecture across business and technology domains.

You will balance strategic thinking with pragmatic decision-making, guiding delivery teams through complex technical, operational and organisational challenges to ensure a coherent target state.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading architecture across large, complex transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end architecture across multiple workstreams and suppliers.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with practical delivery realities.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the target and transitional architecture to support programme objectives.
• Lead design governance forums and ensure decisions are evidence-based and aligned with objectives.
• Provide guidance to delivery teams to resolve ambiguity and maintain momentum.
• Translate business requirements into practical end-to-end solutions within programme constraints.
• Identify architectural risks and support informed trade-off decisions.
