Qualifications

• Significant programme management experience in complex aerospace, defence, or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering against demanding objectives and high-performance standards.
• Excellent communication, accountability, and leadership skills.
• Strong financial awareness and programme financial management capability.
• Passion for ownership, delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and governance across a portfolio of programmes, ensuring delivery of customer commitments and business objectives.
• Lead, develop and inspire Programme Management teams, driving high performance and strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Build and maintain senior customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation for key accounts.
• Oversee programme performance across cost, schedule, quality and risk, ensuring targets are achieved and opportunities are maximised.
• Support business growth through bid activities, commercial negotiations, and effective programme governance to drive revenue and profitability.

Education

Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field
