Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Aerospace/Mechanical) or related field.
• Experience leading aerospace/defence projects and cross-functional teams preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engineering activities to deliver project objectives.
• Support project planning: schedules, budgets, risks, mitigations.
• Monitor progress across multidisciplinary teams and resolve technical challenges.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and customers.
• Manage technical requirements, specifications, and engineering changes throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to design reviews and key milestones with high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams to meet programme commitments.
