Job summary

Owen Daniels in the United Kingdom is seeking a Programme Delivery Lead to oversee a key strategic, long-term customer programme. You will lead planning, coordination and delivery to meet milestones, KPIs and contractual commitments.

You will manage cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, procurement, quality and commercial, monitor budgets and forecasts, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex programmes or major customer contracts.
• Strong commercial awareness including budget management and financial reporting.
• Demonstrable experience managing senior customer relationships and contractual requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and prioritisation abilities in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience maintaining programme plans and documentation, with proficiency in Excel/Project or equivalent planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a complex, long-term customer programme, ensuring milestones, KPIs and contractual commitments are achieved.
• Act as the primary customer contact, managing expectations, leading progress reviews and building strong relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, procurement, quality and commercial to maintain programme delivery.
• Monitor budgets, costs and forecasts, supporting commercial decision-making and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Manage programme, supplier and delivery risks, implementing mitigation and contingency plans where required.
• Maintain high standards of quality, documentation and reporting, driving continuous improvement across programme management processes.
