Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking an experienced Engineering & Programme Manager to lead engineering and product development programmes from concept through to production in Oxfordshire. The role combines strong engineering expertise with programme leadership to drive improvements and deliver high-quality products.

The position is permanent with a salary of £60,000–£70,000 (DOE) and a Monday to Friday schedule in Oxfordshire.

Qualifications

Design engineer with strong manufacturing/engineering background.
Proven project/programme management experience.
Experience leading product development from concept to production.
Experience implementing or managing SolidWorks PDM systems.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering and product development programmes from concept to production and delivery.
Manage engineering projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality delivery.
Provide technical leadership to engineering and design teams.
Support development and implementation of SolidWorks PDM systems and data processes.
Collaborate with design, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams for successful development.
Drive continuous improvements across engineering processes and systems.
Manage project priorities, resources, risks, and milestones.
Provide senior leadership across the engineering function and contribute to business strategy.
