Qualifications

• Experience in programme controls and management within a complex programme.
• Understanding of integrated planning, reporting, risk and change management.
• Ability to bring structure to complex environments and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated programme plan.
• Establish proportionate programme controls, reporting and assurance.
• Coordinate programme risks and dependencies across workstreams.
• Produce artefacts for senior governance and decision‑making forums.
• Work with workstream owners to improve planning quality and consistency.
• Provide clear insight into progress and recommend actions.
