Mace is seeking a senior delivery professional to plan and lead a programme of works through an area delivery team comprising the client, partners and contractors. The role requires attendance at a client office in Warrington for three days per week and UK work rights without sponsorship.

You will champion safety, quality, sustainability and wellbeing while building strong relationships with clients, contractors and wider stakeholders, driving best practice and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Membership of professional bodies such as RICS/CIOB/APM/ICE or equivalent.
• Extensive delivery experience in the utility sector.
• Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Leadership of large, diverse teams and stakeholder networks.
• Awareness of carbon and sustainability considerations in projects.

Responsabilités

• Plan and lead delivery of a capital programme with client partners and contractors.
• Ensure delivery aligns with health and safety requirements and regulatory outcomes.
• Act as senior interface between the area delivery team and the wider business.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to drive successful delivery.
• Develop PMO and project controls strategies and frameworks.
• Drive best practice, innovation and knowledge sharing across teams.
• Support resourcing and recruitment for assigned commissions.
• Promote integrity, accountability and continuous improvement.
