You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing safe, high‑quality and compliant delivery, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and strong PMO and project controls standards.
• Shaping and implement effective PMO and Project Controls frameworks, strengthening industry engagement and growing specialist expertise.
• Managing teams across cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting, supporting long‑term strategic development.
• Fostering collaboration, knowledge‑sharing and best practice, supporting resourcing needs and contributing to a sustainable future.
• Delivering effective PMO and Project Controls support, ensuring consistent application of frameworks and day‑to‑day performance management.
• Providing clear technical guidance across cost, schedule, change, risk and governance requirements.
• Building strong client relationships and collaborate to address risks, opportunities and actions.
• Supporting integration across PMO, Planning and Project Controls while contributing to net‑zero ambitions.

You’ll Need To Have

• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent) with strong ongoing development.
• Extensive delivery‑phase experience across complex property or infrastructure programmes.
• Strong commercial, financial and senior stakeholder management capability.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams with awareness of carbon and sustainability impacts.
