We are seeking motivated individuals to lead PMO and Project Controls delivery on UK nuclear infrastructure programmes, mentoring teams, managing cost, schedule, change and risk, and building strong client relationships in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

  • Membership in RICS, CIOB, APM or ICE, or equivalent.
  • Delivery‑phase experience on complex property or infrastructure programmes.
  • Strong commercial and senior‑stakeholder management capability.

Responsibilities

  • Manage safe, high‑quality and compliant delivery with PMO standards.
  • Shape and implement PMO strategies while ensuring service excellence.
  • Lead project teams across cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting.
  • Mentor teams and support resourcing to enable success.
  • Ensure governance frameworks and baseline management across commissions.
  • Provide guidance on cost, schedule, change, risk and client relationships.
  • Develop PMO teams and integrate with Planning disciplines.
  • Drive compliance and support net‑zero objectives in delivery.

You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Managing safe, high‑quality and compliant delivery, promoting wellbeing, inclusion and strong PMO and Project Controls standards.
  • Shaping and implement effective PMO and Project Controls strategies while strengthening service excellence and industry engagement.
  • Managing project teams across cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting, supporting long‑term strategic development.
  • Mentoring teams, share best practice, and support resourcing to enable people and projects to excel.
  • Managing PMO and Project Controls delivery, ensuring effective frameworks, baseline management and robust governance across assigned commissions.
  • Providing expert guidance on cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Managing and developing PMO and Project Controls teams, supporting integration with Planning disciplines.
  • Driving compliance, mitigate risks and support net‑zero objectives throughout project delivery.
You’ll Need To Have
  • Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent) with strong ongoing development.
  • Extensive delivery‑phase experience across complex property or infrastructure programmes.
  • Strong commercial, financial and senior‑stakeholder management capability.
  • Proven leadership of diverse teams with awareness of carbon and sustainability considerations.
