Qualifications

• Experience in complex public-sector environments and with government bodies.
• Strong analytical capability, including data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence advising stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and challenge programme delivery information gathered through reporting and contacts with project leads.
• Support risk and issue management with up-to-date documentation and performance information.
• Act as a link between senior leadership, programme management, and regional teams to ensure information flow.
• Refine and maintain programme processes for assessing, administering and monitoring activity and funding.
• Lead regional reporting cycles, including updates and end-of-phase summaries.
• Provide analysis and insight to support senior boards and programme governance.
• Coordinate meetings, papers and actions for programme activity.
• Prepare reports, policy papers and briefings on sensitive and complex issues.
• Represent programme interests at stakeholder meetings as required.
• Build and maintain relationships with programme managers, local government officers, central government specialists and partners.
• Undertake research and intelligence gathering to support continuous improvement.
• Lead specific projects as directed by senior leadership.
• Promote innovation and share learning to foster curiosity and improvement.
