Job summary

Plexus seeks an IT Governance, Risk and Compliance leader to design, mature, and run the GRC program. You will drive policy development, risk assessments and audit activity across global operations, with emphasis on ISO 27001, NIST CSF, GDPR and SOC 2 compliance.

You will manage a multi-year roadmap, champion continuous improvement, and build a high-performing team while liaising with executives and business partners to mitigate risk and protect data and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership in IT governance, risk and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2).
• Experience coordinating internal/external audits and third-party risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT GRC program and multi-year roadmap.
• Drive risk assessments and remediation tracking.
• Oversee third-party risk management and vendor assessments.
• Coordinate cybersecurity audits and risk reporting to executives.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing GRC team.
