Job summary

World Wide Technology is seeking a Program Manager to oversee sub-projects and Project Managers within a program, ensuring PMO best practices and client communications. You will be the single point of contact for scope, status, escalations and changes across sub-projects, driving client satisfaction and program success.

The role requires 5+ years in program management, strong financial and contract management capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver on client

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and project management software.
• Experience with contract management and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sub-projects and Project Managers within a program and ensure PMO standards are followed.
• Communicate status, escalations, and changes to client, regional leadership, and account teams.
• Maintain program scope, schedule and governance reporting across all projects.
• Manage program budgets, cost tracking and P&L impacts for sub-projects.
