Job summary

World Wide Technology seeks an Associate Project Manager to support planning, execution, and completion of key client projects under supervision. You may lead small projects within one technology domain or assist a larger team, coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation to ensure on-schedule delivery.

The role emphasizes advanced MS Office usage, financial reporting, and a solid grasp of project management lifecycle.

Qualifications

Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial reporting.
Familiarity with project management lifecycle and five phases.
Thorough documentation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate with customers and co-workers.
Developing influence and leading internal and external teams.
Strong teamwork and problem solving abilities.
Proficiency with project management software.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating day-to-day project activities and scheduling meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for timely task execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and monitor milestones and deliverables.
Track budgets and expenses and prepare financial summaries as needed.
Participate in status meetings and prepare updates for stakeholders.
Identify risks, issues, and changes in scope; escalate as needed.
Distribute project plans, meeting notes, and progress reports for team clarity.
Support QA processes to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain client and stakeholder relationships with professionalism and responsiveness.
Follow established project management methodologies and tools.
