Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Planning & Procurement Co-ordinator to support the seamless flow of finished goods production at Castleford. You will align production planning with material availability, liaise with Cutting Room, CAD, Procurement and Planning teams, and maintain accurate schedules to meet customer demand.

You will monitor shortages and risks, update planning tools, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, administration, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• A relevant degree or technical qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical and practical problem-solving with ability to identify risks.
• Clear, collaborative communication across teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office; SAP/ERP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Release production orders and maintain accurate schedules.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with Raw Material Coordinators.
• Support planning tools and respond to changing demand and priorities.
• Provide cross-functional support across Bespoke, Sampling, Procurement and Product Administration.
