Job summary

Burberry seeks a Raw Material Production Assistant to support material flow across sourcing, production and quality teams. You will help ensure timely delivery of raw materials aligned with production requirements, contributing to operational excellence, sustainability and traceability across Burberry’s global supply chain.

The role focuses on coordinating orders, maintaining records, monitoring stock, and collaborating with suppliers to mitigate risks while supporting the wider production team

Qualifications

• Experience or academic background in supply chain, fashion, textiles, or related discipline.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the placement, monitoring, and tracking of raw material orders to ensure timely availability for production.
• Maintain accurate records of material specifications, orders, inventory levels, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor stock levels and contribute to replenishment planning to support business needs and minimise supply risks.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to track order progress, resolve delivery challenges, and communicate updates.
• Collaborate with quality teams to ensure materials consistently meet Burberry's quality and performance standards.
• Support compliance, sustainability, and traceability documentation while providing administrative assistance to the wider production team.
