Job summary

HCI Systems Limited, part of the Prodrive group, is recruiting a Production Planner to coordinate production activity and ensure materials and resources are available. You'll work with production, purchasing, stores and management to turn orders into feasible production plans.

The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing planning or administration, excellent organisational skills, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel and MRPeasy or similar ERP/MRP systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, manufacturing administration, scheduling, or similar role.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with customers and internal teams.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems, preferably MRPeasy.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production in line with customer requirements and delivery dates.
• Create and maintain production schedules and manufacturing orders in MRPeasy.
• Monitor progress and update schedules as priorities change.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing and stores to identify shortages.
• Keep accurate production records and reporting.
