HCI Systems Limited, part of the Prodrive group, is seeking a dynamic Production Planner in Newport to coordinate production activity, ensure materials and resources are available, and keep schedules on track.

You will work with production, purchasing, stores and management to turn orders into achievable plans, thrive in a busy manufacturing environment, and bring strong Excel and MRPeasy experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in production planning, manufacturing administration or scheduling.
• Strong Excel and Office skills are essential.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (MRPeasy preferred).

Responsabilités

• Plan and schedule production in line with customer requirements and delivery dates.
• Create and maintain production schedules and manufacturing orders.
• Monitor progress and update schedules as priorities change.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing and stores to manage material availability.
• Communicate delivery dates and changes to customers.
• Identify potential delays and escalate issues.
• Maintain accurate planning records and reports.
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes.
