Job summary

The role leads marketing within the Customer-Back Innovation process and drives product development from Discover to Deploy, ensuring VOC-based value propositions, business cases, and go-to-market plans deliver revenue and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles in a B2B environment
• Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional initiatives from concept through launch.
• Technical aptitude with industrial equipment, automation, welding, software, or related technologies preferred.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the strategy, roadmap, positioning, pricing, and lifecycle plan.
• Translate customer needs, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business objectives into portfolio priorities and strategic choices.
• Lead Product Management and marketing activities from Discover through Deploy, including product-level VOC, value proposition definition, requirements, business case development, and go-to-market planning.
• Ensure Customer Back Innovation projects deliver revenue, margin, adoption, and customer experience commitments.
