Staffline in Coleshill is seeking a Product Manager for Industrial Electrical Products to own the product strategy and lifecycle. The role collaborates with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to drive growth and profitability across industrial, commercial, utilities, construction, and infrastructure markets.

You will shape product roadmaps, identify new opportunities, and ensure market needs are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or related leadership roles.
• Experience in electrical/industrial sectors.
• Experience managing products through full lifecycle.
• Strong pricing and profitability analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in B2B environments with technical products.
• Degree or equivalent advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute product strategies to grow the portfolio.
• Manage full lifecycle from analysis to end-of-life.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Define positioning, value propositions, and pricing.
• Create product roadmaps aligned with market needs.
