Job summary

ABB is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the ELIP Cable Protection, Adaptaflex and Kopex offerings in the EMEA region. You will drive market understanding, shape the offering roadmap, and manage profitability across the lifecycle from development to go-to-market.

You will guide pricing, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and operations to maximize value and ensure growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical installation industry, with Adaptaflex or Kopex-like products.
• Strong knowledge of wire harnessing, cable protection, and electrical wiring systems.
• Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead market intelligence analysis and identify gaps in Adaptaflex and Kopex portfolio.
• Own technical and market specification for the offer and plan strategy to drive sustainable growth.
• Lead offer lifecycle management, analyze performance, and decide on obsolescence and end-of-life to maximize profitability.
• Set targets and monitor costs, coordinating with operations to enhance competitiveness.
