Job summary

Acuro Associates Ltd. seeks a Director of Product Strategy to define the future direction of a UKI software portfolio. You will lead product strategy, commercial outcomes and portfolio transformation, with executive visibility and AI-driven innovation across multiple product lines.

This remote, UK & Ireland-based role is not a traditional PM position and offers strategic influence, global platform convergence, and opportunity to shape long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• Director-level Product Management leadership within a software vendor.
• Experience owning complex software portfolios and commercial outcomes.
• Strong strategic and commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy and portfolio priorities.
• Drive measurable growth, adoption, retention and expansion.
• Lead product lifecycle management across multiple solutions.
• Build the roadmap for portfolio modernisation and platform convergence.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to align product and technology strategy.
• Shape go-to-market plans with Sales, Marketing and Services teams.
• Drive AI-enabled innovation and product differentiation.
• Influence investment decisions and portfolio governance.
• Develop and lead a high-performing Product Management function.
