Job summary

Ace Aquatec is seeking a proactive Procurement Specialist for its Dundee team. You'll manage supplier relationships, source products and negotiate terms to balance cost, quality and reliability. The role reports to the Purchasing Manager and supports a resilient supply chain.

Based in Dundee with hybrid working (3 days in office), you will drive procurement processes, monitor supplier performance and seek continuous improvements to deliver value for the business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in purchasing, procurement or a similar supply chain role.
• Experience sourcing goods/services and working with suppliers.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up supplier agreements and maintain supply contracts.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and value with suppliers.
• Create and manage purchase orders with accurate specs and delivery timelines.
• Track orders through delivery, invoicing and supplier performance.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support process improvements.
• Maintain records in ERP and procurement systems.
