Job summary

The Caraires Consultancy is seeking a Procurement Negotiator for a permanent role based in Binley with hybrid working from 9am to 5pm. Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, operations, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and commercial negotiations for MRO goods and services, diesel, and packaging.
• Execute end-to-end sourcing activities: market analysis, supplier selection, tendering, contract negotiation, implementation, and supplier performance management.
• Support annual budgeting, procurement planning, and deployment of regional/global procurement initiatives.
• Balance business requirements with total cost of ownership, risk mitigation, and governance standards; identify value-creation opportunities.
