Qualifications

• Commercial awareness and ability to simplify procurement for stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building and collaboration.
• CIPS qualification or equivalent with PCR2015 knowledge.
• Experience applying PA23 requirements in procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activity across the organisation in line with requirements.
• Apply PCR2015 requirements to tendering activity.
• Use PA23 knowledge in procurement and purchasing arrangements.
• Prepare and manage JCT documentation when required.
• Plan procurement activity with internal teams ensuring timely actions.
• Review supplier proposals and tender submissions.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation of decisions.
• Identify improvements to procurement processes and overall function.
