APUC is seeking a Procurement Manager (Advanced) to deliver strategic and operational procurement support to Dundee & Angus College across multiple campuses. Based at Kingsway Campus, you will drive category strategies, manage senior stakeholders and oversee end-to-end tendering.

You will contribute to the college’s 10-year vision, ensuring value for money, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with the APUC team to deliver innovative

• Maintain the Procurement Strategy and deliver category strategies.
• Manage senior and operational stakeholder relationships.

• Develop procurement processes following the Procurement Journey.
• Mentor less senior staff.
• Represent the institution with the APUC team.
