Qualifications

• Public Sector Procurement experience, including end-to-end tendering, contract negotiation and contract management.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues across the college, including senior leaders and service teams.
• Comfort with hybrid working arrangements and public sector procurement lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Shape procurement plans and category strategies reflecting the college's needs.
• Develop relationships with colleagues across Scotland, from senior leaders to service teams.
• Take ownership of procurement activities and support development of a colleague.
