Job summary

APUC is seeking an experienced Chief Executive to shape strategy, drive transformation and lead Scotland’s procurement and shared services centre of expertise. The role requires strong governance, stakeholder engagement and sustainable commercial leadership across higher and further education and public sector.

Qualifications

• Significant leadershipexperience within multi-stakeholder environments.
• Track record of strategic growth and organisational transformation.
• Strong financial management and budgeting experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with procurement, shared services or the public sector is valuable.
