Qualifications

• Proven procurement professional with manufacturing experience.
• Experience negotiating with international blue-chip suppliers.
• Experience delivering procurement strategy and strategic sourcing of raw materials.
• Experience with 3PL contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate and deliver the procurement strategy and plan.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contractual terms.
• Drive strategic sourcing of key raw materials, including resin.
• Improve cost per unit through cost reduction and value engineering.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, planning and logistics teams.
• Implement Supplier Excellence and Vendor Rating procedures to meet governance requirements.
