Job summary

Talent Drive | B Corp in the UK is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager for Marketing & Indirects. Based in Luton with hybrid working, you will manage high-value spend, influence senior stakeholders, and lead strategy across Marketing, Partnerships and Inflight Retail categories.

The role requires Gravitas and impact to drive supplier performance and cost efficiency while partnering with directors and the board. A SME senior position with broad scope across the procurement function.

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement strategies across large, multi-site organisations.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders up to Director/Board level.
• Familiarity with Marketing, Indirect or Commercial Customer Retail spend is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create category strategies with delivery and year-on-year savings.
• Develop category plans aligned with the group and local offices.
• Support prioritised pipeline of sourcing projects and supplier initiatives.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders to secure buy-in and leverage market knowledge.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to monitor supplier performance.
• Monitor supplier risk and performance using reporting tools and feedback.
• Demonstrate procurement excellence by delivering high service level and cost efficiency.
