Talent Drive | B Corp™ partners with a global digital entertainment business to recruit a Senior Procurement Category Manager for Marketing. Based in North London, with four days in the office, you will own the global category strategy for Marketing, Media & Ad Tech and lead end-to-end sourcing activities.

You will develop category plans, benchmark suppliers, drive cost optimisation and negotiate complex commercial models with media agencies and tech platforms.

Qualifications

• Significant procurement experience in Marketing/Media categories.
• Strong knowledge of media buying, agency models and the marketing ecosystem.
• Proven experience leading complex sourcing and contract negotiations.
• Experience developing procurement strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own and deliver the global category strategy for Marketing, Media & Ad Tech.
• Develop category plans using market intelligence and supplier benchmarking.
• Drive cost optimisation, value creation and innovation across the marketing supply base.
• Lead strategic sourcing across digital media, ad tech platforms and agencies.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing events from RFPs to contract execution.
• Negotiate complex commercial models including media pricing and agency retainers.
• Secure strong contractual terms balancing cost, quality, performance and risk.
