Job summary

Eaton's Aerospace division seeks a Strategic Buyer – Networks to manage complex procurement across South Molton, Bedhampton and Titchfield. You will balance demand with supplier capacity, procure non‑standard components, and lead supplier negotiations to uphold quality and on‑time delivery.

Travel up to 30% to supplier sites and Eaton facilities, collaborating with site and network teams. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for performance reviews and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, engineering, operations, or related field.
• Minimum two years of procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Balance demand vs supplier capacity across South Molton, Bedhampton and Titchfield, aligning with demand and network plans.
• Procure parts and services with complex or low‑volume requirements while meeting quality and delivery specs.
• Manage purchase orders and supplier commitments including expediting and recovery actions.
• Lead material forecast collaboration with suppliers and secure capacity commitments.
• Source and develop suppliers, support tendering, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms.
• Coordinate supplier transitions, gate reviews, ramp-up/down, and risk governance.
