Job summary

Welcome to Lush Limited's EC Department. We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage inventory planning and purchasing for our global production needs, ensuring stock accuracy and timely material availability to sustain production and launches.

You will work closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Creative Buyers, and Imports teams to optimize stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and support cost-saving opportunities while upholding Lush’s standards of ethical sourcing and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, stock control, supply chain or similar operational role is desirable.
• Experience of inventory management, MRP and forecasting/demand information.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional dependencies between departments for production support.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP systems knowledge, ERPNext desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end inventory management, planning material usage against production and schedules.
• Maintain stock accuracy and align system data with physical stock in production rooms.
• Coordinate day-to-day purchasing of materials and packaging to support production needs.
• Manage purchase orders based on pricing, usage history, forecasts, and lead times.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and issue resolution.
• Support material QC processes and back-up stock controller duties during holidays.
• Assist with supplier relationship management and cost control initiatives.
