Job summary

Lush Limited is seeking a Procurement Specialist in the EC Department, based in Poole, Dorset. You will manage end-to-end inventory planning, stock accuracy, and purchasing for the EC team to ensure timely production for global markets.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple internal teams and external suppliers. As an internal-application role, you will monitor stock movements, place purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and support cost-efficiency across the supply chain, while

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, stock control or a similar operational role is desirable.
• Experience with inventory management, material requirements planning and forecasting.
• Understanding of how different departments work together to support production.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stockholding management (£4m–£6m) across EC materials and packaging; 460+ items.
• Review stock and create run-down and discontinuation plans for manufacturing.
• Support Business Continuity Plan and coordinate with project team on strategy.
• Maintain QC timeframes and procedures for materials.
