Job summary

Lush Limited is seeking a Procurement Specialist in the EC Department to manage end-to-end inventory planning and purchasing for production in the UK. You will ensure materials are available to support global production, maintain stock accuracy and collaborate with multiple teams to optimise supply and costs.

Based in the Production rooms, you’ll coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, Creative Buyers and Imports to keep launches on track and respond quickly to supply issues, while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, stock control or procurement in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to manage material requirements planning and forecast demand.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day purchasing of materials and packaging to support production.
• Manage purchase orders, pricing, lead times and supplier communications.
• Coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, Imports and other teams to ensure material availability.
• Support stock control and inventory accuracy, act as back-up Stock Controller as needed.
• Maintain records of supplier data, orders, pricing and deliveries.
