Rullion Ltd is seeking a Senior Commercial/Procurement Manager to lead procurement strategy, end-to-end contract management, and risk and performance oversight on complex client engagements. You will chair internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders, drive supplier performance, and implement governance and compliance practices, while guiding teams and fostering continuous improvement.

The role is permanent with 40 hours per week, 2–3 days onsite, and requires SC clearance

• Procurement principles and contract management experience.
• Ability to select commercial approaches with risk mitigation.
• Experience with programme, portfolio and project management tools.
• Responsible for tender evaluation decisions with commercial judgement.
