Job summary

Dexory is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Wallingford to coordinate the flow of components, materials and information across the supply chain. You will work with Buyers, Engineering and Finance to ensure availability and accurate data, playing a hands-on role in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

You will monitor stock, identify risks, onboard new suppliers and maintain ERP/MRP records, while supporting production planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, materials planning, manufacturing or operations.
• Strong Excel and data-handling skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day flow of components and materials to support production and delivery.
• Monitor material availability and identify shortages or risks.
• Collaborate with Buyers to align purchase orders with production requirements.
• Track incoming materials and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate supplier and item data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Onboard new suppliers and ensure proper setup for transactions.
• Prepare supply chain reports and KPIs for stakeholders.
